Here we are close to the end of January. How are you doing?
Have you made those New Year’s Resolutions and already broken them? Or maybe
you haven’t even gotten started.
I gave up on making the ‘List” a couple of years ago and I
adopted the “Just Do It” plan though somewhere I know that I have “The List”. My last cleanse went fine, and I am back to
my daily routine of taking my AdvoCare MNS 3 Vitamins, and using their Meal
Replacement Shake each morning. I also am incorporating a few more tools that I
would like to share.
First, I have joined a “Free” website called Calories Count.
I find it fairly helpful, though I have really cut down on my computer time.
Second, my insurance company offers a “Health Coach” free of
course and I am planning on taking advantage of this. We had our first over the
phone appointment this morning. Mainly she will help me set those small goals
to reach the long term goal, which for me is Good Health.
Third, I am starting to incorporate what exercise equipment
I have at home. My plan is develop a routine that I can do on a regular basis.
Well, this is it for now; I would love to hear your
comments. I know you are reading but it would be nice to have some feedback
about my writing, and maybe you have some topics that you would like for me to
address.
